How to Order a Transcript

For Current Students:  All transcripts need to be ordered through Naviance.  Students can get log-on information and assistance from the Career Center or Guidance secretary.  Counselors will also be available during office hours to assist with Naviance.

  1. Log onto Naviance
  2. Click on the “Colleges tab”
  3. On the left hand side under resources click on the “transcripts” link
  4. Click on “Request transcripts for my college applications” if you did not request transcripts while adding colleges earlier.
  5. Click on “View the status of all my transcript requests”
  6. Print the “transcript status” page.
  7. Purchase transcripts through the ASB webstore or take the “transcript status” page to the ASB office and pay in person.

For Alumni:  All transcripts must be ordered through the Claremont Unified School District.  Please contact Student Services at (909) 398-0606.

Spring Course Registration – Save the dates! 

 

Class of 2021 (9th  graders): Parent Meetings April 10 and 12 at Taylor Hall; sessions at 3:30pm, 5:00pm and 6:30 pm

Class of 2020 (10th graders): Parent Meetings  February 20 and 21st  at  Claremont HS East (Big) Gym; sessions at 5:15pm and 6:45 pm

Class of 2019 (11th graders): Parent Meetings March 13 and 14 at Claremont HS East (Big) Gym: sessions at 5:15 pm and 6:45

 

The first step in registration will be to attend the Parent Meetings.  Information will be provided about meeting graduation, college admission and NCAA requirements.  The course options for the 2018-2019 will be reviewed, and an overview of our new online registration process will be given.  After the parent meetings, counselors will be seeing students during the school day to confirm electronic course requests.    More details to follow!
